Terms of Sale
Last updated: 2025/12/27
1) Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of subscriptions and, more generally, access to paid features within Firehook (the āServiceā).
2) Offers, pricing and intended audience
The Service is intended for technically savvy users. Your ability to understand, create, test, and use hooks is your responsibility.
- Offers (features, quotas, options) may change at any time.
- Prices and currencies displayed at the time of purchase prevail.
- Some versions of the Service may display advertisements and/or dynamic commercial hooks.
3) Purchase flow
Subscriptions are primarily sold via Appleās App Store and Googleās Play Store.
- Payment, billing, and subscription management are governed by the applicable storeās terms and processes.
- Availability of an offer may vary by country, device, or store account.
- In the future, Firehook may offer additional/direct payment methods, without any obligation to maintain a specific channel.
4) Renewal, cancellation and subscription management
If you purchased through a store, renewal, changes and cancellation must be handled through that store. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you do not want it to renew.
5) Refunds and disputes
Except where required by law, Firehook does not process refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play Store.
Refund requests, disputes, and payment reversals must be submitted to the relevant store, following its procedures.
6) Account suspension/termination and no refund
If your account is suspended or terminated (including for rule violations, abuse, unlawful use, or upon request from a third party or competent authorities), no refund will be due from Firehook, except where required by law.
- You remain responsible for stopping future charges by cancelling your subscription in the store.
- Suspension/termination may result in loss of access to paid features and/or account-related content.
- Firehook may refuse reactivation or new account creation in case of abuse.
7) No support for hook creation and execution
Firehook provides no support, consulting, audit, or validation for creating, testing, defining, or executing hooks, nor for configuring third-party APIs and services.
All consequences (direct or indirect) of your hooks, their targets, their content and their execution are solely your responsibility.
8) Service operation, third parties and compatibility
Hooks are not executed by Firehook itself: they are executed by your devices and/or third-party services. Firehook does not guarantee the availability, compatibility, performance, or error-free operation of those third parties.
9) Disclaimer and limitation of liability (sales)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided āas isā and āas availableā. Firehook makes no warranty of results, performance, or continuity.
- Firehook is not liable for direct or indirect damages (including data loss, business interruption, property or intangible damage) arising from hook execution or failure.
- Firehook is not responsible for misconfiguration, leakage of secrets/tokens, or calls to unauthorized or incorrectly configured endpoints.
- Firehook is not a security, alarm, or safety system and must not be used for such purposes.
10) Changes to offers and the Service
Firehook may change offers, pricing, features, quotas, and access conditions. For store subscriptions, changes apply under the storeās rules and, where applicable, upon renewal.
11) Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, unless mandatory local consumer protection rules apply.
